Spiriva

Can any one tell me what is the best time to take Spiriva, I'm taking it in the evening, but don't know if I'm getting the benefit from it...breathing is really poor at the moment ...

I take mine in the morning and breathing treatments throughout the day.

Annemay i also take mine in the morning and spred out the other meds threw the day. Actually it is the first thing i do upon waking

I always took mine in a.m. I'm on something new due to I had been on Spiriva for 5 years and I don't think it worked any more.

I take Advair and Spiriva in the morning - lst thing both at same time, Advair again about 5 pm. @A MyCOPDTeam Member if it's working for you why change. Have a great day

I also take mine in the morning because it helps open me up and I am more active.
