Can any one tell me what is the best time to take <a href="/treatments/spiriva">Spiriva</a>, I'm taking it in the evening, but don't know if I'm getting the benefit from it...breathing is really poor at the moment ...

I always took mine in a.m. I'm on something new due to I had been on <a href="/treatments/spiriva">Spiriva</a> for 5 years and I don't think it worked any more.

I take mine in the morning as well x

I take mine in the morning and breathing treatments throughout the day.

Annemay i also take mine in the morning and spred out the other meds threw the day. Actually it is the first thing i do upon waking

I take Advair and Spiriva in the morning - lst thing both at same time, Advair again about 5 pm. @A MyCOPDTeam Member if it's working for you why change. Have a great day

I also take mine in the morning because it helps open me up and I am more active.
