Any ugly side effects? I am experiening many. Alot like the stomach flu.
I have the can't sleep can't eat can't breath real well and July 9th I have open heart so I'm just not doing real well
Based on what I've read and heard from other patients (I don't take daliresp), the side effects you describe are not uncommon. Generally, those who can tolerate them long enough for them to wear off, which they do, reportedly, experience good results. One thing people have tried with success is to halve the initial dose and work up to a full dose....or not, if it works with a half dose. The clinical trials around daliresp have all been positive and have shown to reduce mucous production and thereby reduce the number and intensity of exacerbations. For many people, daliresp has allowed people who seem to get "rolling exacerbations" every six to eight weeks to fully recover from them. Fewer exacerbations also means a much greater quality of life, more opportunity to exercise and build up fitness and that helps to avoid exacerbations, too.

I have several also. Upset stomach, weight loss, insomnia, loss of appetite. But,,,I do think it's helping.
I did start out on half dosage to be able to tolerate the drug. It is helping me so I'll live with the side effects.
I didn't take them every day at first. I'm trying to remember if it was every other day...sorry but you might want to check with your Dr.
