There are no pulmonary rehabs in my small town plus my Pulmologist says that insurance won't pay for it. I have private pay insurance. Are there any videos on the Internet about this and if so what is your experience with them.?
The following videos may help with some basic information.

It's a shame your insurance won't cover it. Even Medicare now covers pulmonary rehab for people with moderate or severe COPD. It is a fabuous program!!!
But in the alternative, here's a link to download a video that might be useful: http://www.aacvpr.org/Resources/Resources-for-P....
Also a link to a great website for people with COPD: http://www.copdfoundation.org/What-is-COPD/Livi....
And another: http://www.proactivecopd.com/patients-and-carer...
And one more while we're at it: https://patienteducation.osumc.edu/Documents/ho...
Hope it helps!!

I went to a rehab it was just exercise on stationary bikes or treadmills or hand bicycle then some stretching upper body with elastic bands sitting in a chair....they do monitor the 02 level after 10 minutes with the oximeter which I have my own like most people.
