You might want to have your central air/heat unit evaluated, as you might be getting CO2 in your home. That can cause headaches, and it could be potentially fatal! I found this out around 10 years ago, we had a plumber come in to check our lines, and he got nosy. Checked into our small room that housed the water heater, and realized that it was too small, and was leaking CO2, It was an apartment sized heater, not one for a standard home. We had the water heater replaced, and suddenly, no more morning headaches! It's just an idea that you might want to think about. Best breathing to you!

I used to wake up every morning with a headache and I found it was one of my meds that I took at night so I changed it to mornings and no more headaches, take care and hope you get it sorted out soon, Steve xx

I agree with @A MyCOPDTeam Member. I can tell you that mine are what the neurologist is calling cluster headaches now. I take meds for migraines, but these are different. And yes I Wake up with them. I'm on O2 24/7. So my reason is totally different. God Bless and get it checked.

Morning headaches can be a sign of not enough O2, among many other things. I'd talk with my doc to begin the process of figuring out the cause. Some of the things that could be the cause are quite serious. Don't wait.
