I have both COPD and asthma
First thing in morning I use 1 subutmol to open my airways 10 min later I use 2 budnise nebunes then 5 min later I use single Ipromide I then mix the ipromid and subutmol last one at night is subutmol then 10 min later the 2x budsnide then 5 min later the ipromide yes I get most out of the subutmol and ipromide mix but I don’t ever change first and last way I do my nebuliser as it opens airways fully that way I get full benefits of budnise I also use in between a Acura-inhaler
