Can you use salbutamol in the nebuliser at the same time as ipratropium?

That's basically what a duo-neb is: albuterol (salbuterol) and ipratropium. So, yes.

I have similar to duo-neb the generic I take 4 times a day, and at night and first thing in morning I take
budesonide and perforomist that I mix in my nebulizer.
