It is caused by a lack of Magnesium in your body. You can buy it over the counter real cheap. Used to think it was caused by potassium deficiency but my doctor said it was lack of Magnesium and I take it and the symptoms stopped. When I forget to take it for awhile they return bad.

Magnesium must be carefully used with calcium, and potassium is only by prescription. An imbalance can cause cramps and steroids can interfere as well as ipratropium (the other ingredient in duo nebs) Always have your doc measure your levels by blood test and do not try to medicate on your own as it can cause heart issues as well. I know mine is because of albuterol and if your labs show everything else measures correctly, then it is the albuterol. The price we pay to open up the breathing passages..:(

Well for years I have suffered with cramps in my legs and toes,,,, I read a while dack, and the suggestion was,,,, drink 8 oz of water just before you go to bed, the cramp will stop!!! I've been doing that for over a year, I don't get cramps, unless I don't drink that water...... I've even passed out due to cramps being so bad..... The dill pickle juice works, and lots of other stuff,,,,,, but 8 Oz. of water before bed will fix you upGod bless you!!
