Hi i did post it somewhere but evverything gets swallowed up around here...Never mind..here is a link...BTW if you are in the US your FDA is dragging it's feet to approve it...We n Europe/UK have had access to it since 2014.

Sydney, Saturday 8 November 2014: Australians with COPD – a serious lung disease that is estimated to affect almost one-in-seven Australians aged 40 years and over2 – now have reimbursed access to effective dual bronchodilation treatment in a single device for the first time, with Ultibro® Breezhaler® 110/50 listed on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).1

Ultibro® Breezhaler® 110/50 should not be used in combination with other long-acting β2-agonists, such as eformoterol and salmeterol, or long-acting muscarinic antagonists, such as tiotropium or ipratropium or their combination products.4

Combination therapy involving the bronchodilator action of a LABA and a LAMA for moderate to severe COPD has been shown to be more effective than single bronchodilator monotherapy (either a LABA or LAMA in a single inhaler) due to the complementary mechanism of action of the individual components

Yes....most do not work as we expect them too no matter what the Pharma companies want us to believe....it is easier in the early stages of the disease...I skipped both 1 & 2 before i even heard of COPD...the thing is we are all different in how this illness affects us...

Pat comes a time you just gotta experiment for yourself and find what suits you...but doubling up on a med delivered by a metered inhaler by dry powder inhalation can be heading for an overdose scenario,,,,Nebbing is completely different....Good on you and hey..keep in touch...xxxxxx
