I usually good sleeper, except when my breathing gets bad during night, but for the last week, sleep pattens flown out the window, and up and down like a jack rabbit.
take sleeping pills, plus 2 painkillers which also help me to sleep, not working at the moment tho.
a light doze is what I seem to be having at night.
You might want to ask your doctor about an over night pulse ox study. They just clip a little thingie on your finger, and wear it to bed. They come by the next day and pick it up.
The reason for this is you may need night time oxygen. I did the study, and am on night time oxygen. Been sleeping real good since it started, so it's not a bad thing.
I have similar problems, until I changed the time of medication, I am supposed to use my breezhailer at lunch times midday, but I decided to take this medication at night just before I sleep, it made a fantastic difference
So just by altering medication times can make a difference
My sleep test showed that my oxygen reached low levels during the night so I was prescribed oxygen at night. I had restless sleep prior to that but the first night I used the oxygen, I slept better than had for a long time. I now use oxygen and it really helps me to sleep through the night and sleep 8-9 hours.
