Yes this has also happened to me a few times already. Once had to go to ER could not stop bleeding. With oxygen need to keep distilled water on the concentrater or use saline a few times a day.Sinus infections are also common cause especially here in Texas.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member, some people are just more sensitive than others. My daughter and I both need to add extra moisture to the air in the house during the winter time when heat furnaces are burning up the moisture. We both tended to get nosebleeds. A humidifier solved the problem.

I believe mine has to do with the oxygen use. Will be discussing with my doctor next month. Thanks for your input

Yes I occasionally get a nose bleed for no reason just starts run for only a short while then stops. Don't use oxygen so is not related. Not too worried as they don't continue for long - serums to be only one nostril as well ( right) should I be worried ???
