I have an Aerobika which I got for free from the people who supply my oxygen and tubing. Contains no meds it helps with your breathing. You take a deep breath and hold as long as u can than breath out slowly. You do this about 10 times and than cough. It really helps to get the phlegm up. Its just like the breathing exercise u do.

As I said, I have the Acapella. They gave me one in the hospital. Don't know if they charged my insurance for it or not. It works for me. I breathe into it for as long as I can after a treatment, a couple times a day, not every time, and I've been getting more phlegm up since I started using it and learned how to use it correctly.
