Yes. Rinse and gargle after and I drink a bottle if water after use

All the time. Take symbicort and incruse. Also albuterol

The problem is interference with air flow over the vocal cords and it is common with COPD patients .Even a post nasal drip can trigger it . You can go online to Google and bring a few pages on it . It is annoying and a lot of times it is also an indication of an upper respiratory inflamation or infection ..
Surprising what you can find online.
I have had the hoarseness for over a week now on and off and it is a pain you know where .It just clears up suddenly and awhile later it is back again .
Breathe easy .

I was hoarse for months but stopped the Advair and Spiriva and now use Anoro and rinse my mouth out after: No more hoarseness.
