I have had that problem too. I bang it and then it works again. Now this month I have one that is working like a charm.
Kimbearly, Advair and Tudorza are two entirely different classes of medications and work on different receptors; they generally aren't considered interchangeable. Most of us are one something like Advair, with a Long-Acting Beta Agonist (LABA) and an inhaled steroid (ICS) as well as a Long Acting Muscaragenic Antagonist (LAMA). Some of the most effecting combinations have been proven to be LAMA/LABA combinations with a separate IHC.
I'm on Tudorza Pressair have been for almost a year, it is the best I have used so far. The only thing I have an issue with his taking in that breath and holding it to the count of 10 and then blowing out. Always make sure you rinse your mouth really good after using it.
Tudorza is an anticholinergic and is in the same class of med as Spiriva. It's basically a bronchodilator, just like Spiriva.
Tudorza is used for people who suffer from chronic Bronchitis, COPD, Emphazema, anything to do with the Bronchial. It must be a new drug as I've never heard of it before. I hope it works for you. Barb
