Hi I've started feeling so drained can't lift arm above head no energy at all and I've also notices my lack of breath I'm useing my inhalers maybe a bit to much and my steroid one I'm only allowed once a day what can I do thanks

see if your DR will send you for physio for a few weeks,usually just one week,the thing there is they will show you exeries you can do safely, will explain how even just sitting in a chair lifting your legs up is good for you. I go to physio once week, though I go into the hwarm pool, we exercise in the water, lovely,mind u doing a few things in the house is exercise too. dusting etc ,also you may need a tonic so I sgree with whatothers have suggested that u see the DR. blessings

I found that respiratory rehabilitation exercises help a great deal, little and often works for me, I got myself a set of 1, 1.5 & 2 kg dumbbells and various exercises with them each day with help build chest muscles, I have also cut back on my Ventolin Evohaler and stopped my nebulizer as it was raising my heart rate to much and with AF that's not good,

try to get moving a bit more,fitness is the only way to at least keep yourself a little healthy
