I find it a struggle to inhale through my nose as it seems to be constantly either blocked or runny so therefore makes it hard to get my breathe back especially after walking up stairs , any tips please
you may have a ploypup up your nose l have and the doc gave me some vistamethhasone drops and some mometasone furoate nasal spary
Use a saline solution every am & pm! You can also use over the counter nose spray!

I have been put on a spray drug called Dymista it's a bit expensive but it is the first thing that has truly cleared my sinuses. It is prescription though. So ask your doctor.
