Even with insurance my inhalers ate 4 and 5 hundred dollars I live on social scurity it hard to get insurance I was on disability and doing well they took me off and I dont even know why but been going down hill ever since. thank you

I was on Advair and yes, it is very expensive. After I complained a bunch to my pulmonary doc, he switched me to a nebulizer with pulmicort and formotorol to use in it and discontinued the Advair. The good news is, the nebulizer and the drugs that go into it are all covered by medicare! So zero money out of pocket!
Before I had good insurance, I bought my meds from Canada online. I could get a 90 day supply for the price of one.
I have drawer full on inhalers that I have not used, meds were changed. To bad you can't give away.
I was also one disability until I turned to 65 then I went on. Social sec. And I bought a supplemental.
