When i did advair, i rinsed my mouth right away to prevent problems...that was recommended by my dr.. It worked for me, i still held my breath for as long as i could, during the rinse !

Inhale the Advair, hold your breath for 10 seconds and exhale. Rinse your mouth. I always brush my teeth, including my tongue and the roof of my mouth. Never had thrush.

I use a spacer with mine if i hold it to long a whistle sounds. Then Rinse.
