I've taken wellbutrin for 7 years & never noticed it causes shortness of breath. However, I've had COPD for at least that long.

If you're experiencing more SOB than usual, talk with your doc. It might be a side-effect from a medication, but it's also a worsening of your COPD symptoms and could be signaling an exacerbation.
