I don't even try to sleep anymore,
when I wake up feeling awful, which is every night,
I just wait for sleep to come,
and when it comes,
no matter what time it is,
I get back in bed,
I take a lot of naps

Just so glad to know that I am not alone... I also bought a sound machine... and sleep to the sounds of the ocean. Hang in there, friends.

I sleep in my recliner. Haven't slept in my bed in over a year. I'll sleep for 2 or 3 hours and then wake up and can't go back to sleep for another 5 hours. It's vicious cycle. Most of the time I hardly get any sleep and if I do it's intermittent.

I thought I was the only one! I'm not on 02, I seem to sleep in 60-90 min increments, my mouth gets so dry, I drink water which in turn makes me have to pee lol, it's so frustrating! I also watch a.little tv, and try to go.back to sleep. I also put an application on my phone of rain sounds, I will listen to it sometimes, it's soothing and helps me relax
