Fatigue And COPD

Fatigue And COPD

Does anyone else suffer from extreme fatigue on some days? It has been extremely cloudy and overcast here's
lately. I seem to do better with clear skies.

Humidity, air pressure all contribute to making breathing more difficult and being very tired. It's so important to keep exercising when you can, breathing exercises will help our lungs need to get exercise, it's good to get out of breath learning how to breathe best we can. Deep breath through the nose then pursed lip breath out , as if you are breathing through a straw. Remember we are all different at different stages, some of us will do much better but we have to keep trying. Take care Love Tessa xxx

I also experience Chronic Fatigue and I also think its like a curse. Its frustrating when I can't accomplish whatever I set out to do, because of not having enough energy to get myself moving. I'm a couch potato and love watching TV. Sadly my TV has given up the ghost so I need to replace it. It might take another week before I can purchase one. On my bad days watching TV is my best friend.

I am the same, I have no energy some days especially if the gray overcast days last for a long time. I get up and have no energy, I am tired and don't want to do anything. Thens other day the sun is shining & the sky is blue and I have loads of energy and clean my home from top to bottom. I am a different person when the sun is shining. My Daughter said she thought I could be suffering from SADs. I have loads of energy when the sun is shining.
