Fatigue And COPD
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

Does anyone else suffer from extreme fatigue on some days? It has been extremely cloudy and overcast here's
lately. I seem to do better with clear skies.

I am always tired. I wake up feeling like I haven't even slept. It's very frustrating and it holds me down.

Oh my yes! Some days even getting dressed is more than I want to deal with. My friends, neighbors and household help are pretty much used to seeing me in Jammies, very nice jammies but still....

Humidity, air pressure all contribute to making breathing more difficult and being very tired. It's so important to keep exercising when you can, breathing exercises will help our lungs need to get exercise, it's good to get out of breath learning how to breathe best we can. Deep breath through the nose then pursed lip breath out , as if you are breathing through a straw. Remember we are all different at different stages, some of us will do much better but we have to keep trying. Take care Love Tessa xxx
