I was put on it as trial but find the taste horrible compared to Sprivia.

It's a maintenance inhaler and helps keep my airways a bit clearer. It does taste awful but since it works when others did not, I just use it and then rinse my mouth with plain water. That works.

Incruse Ellipta is an Anticholinergic, in the same class of med as Spiriva and Tudorza; it's a LAMA. It's usually prescribed along with a long acting beta agonist (LABA, or bronchodilator) and sometimes a combination of LABA and an inhaled Corticosteroid (ICS).
