Incruse is in thee class of medication as Spiriva, so it does exactly the same things (theoretically, anyway) that Spiriva does. It's not better or worse; it's the same. If that's all you're taking, I would ask about a long acting bronchodilator and an inhaled steroid. Those are usually prescribed along with the Incruze and if you're not taking them, that should help.
