Thank u Lady girl15,I try to stay motivated about my condition but I do fall off on some occasions . I drink lots of water because I have dry mouth from some of the medications I take. Through all of what I go through not going to allow it to break me

good for you but keep trying to walk it is good for you if you have an inhaler take it with you and water and keep up the thinking it is what keeps people going i slipped up in the last two week and i have to get back on track with gods help and my own smarting up i will be back at it

@A MyCOPDTeam Member Fuller I have leg pain constantly. What helps me is lots of water and potassium and magnesium especially on bad days. Then take a walk, yes it may hurt but I find the walk helps both the leg pain and your breathing. Hope this helps.

Anytime your having chest pain I suggest you see your Doctor as at our age can we take the chance?

I also take Vitamin D3 for my bones .
