well we all have our own thoughts ways of sleeping, for myself I like my sleeping pills, they don't cause any affects, wake up in the mornings fine, I wouldn't be without them, really. for myself a good nights sleep, helps me to cope during the day.

I use a diffuser with alot of different oils. They have a set called Healing Solutions Best Blends. It has different oils like breathe easy, deep muscle, good night etc. Many of them have eucalyptus.

I use Trazidone 50mg for now does a pretty good job for me! Have some restless nights but I guess everyone does! I use my oxygen 24/7! I can't lay flat either I have an adjustable bed that was given to me! I love it! God bless and breathe easy! 💝💝💝💝💝

I fall asleep okay but once I get up to use he bathroom I have a hard time falling back to sleep. I take an OTC sleeping aid but it doesn't help. I just bought some Unisom and will try it out his weekend. I also use BEnadryl or just one Advil Pm in a pinch. I have to get up at four am for work so I don't want to take a prescription pill that will leave me groggy in the morning. I guess we just have to deal with sleeplessness.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member G from @ Sharona. Yes I have problems getting to sleep and staying asleep. My doctor wrote me a prescription for trazodone 100mg. I tablet at night. I am going to try this tonight. I hate anything that gives me a hang over the next day after taking something like sleeping pills. He promised it won't and that I will sleep like a baby. I will give you my opinion tomarrow.
