Maybe you know this but just a tip when doing stairs. Take a couple of stairs on the exhale, stop and breathe than take a couple more on the exhale. You will not get winded if do stairs this way.

I've discovered a WAWA nearby that makes turkey with potatos, stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce. Absolutely delicious. I add veggies and am happy. No clean up.

We order Chinese food, for Christmas dinner...if anyone in my family wants a big turkey dinner they can go to any one of our relatives they will always be welcome, if not well they can enjoy the sweet and sour chicken balls and all the fixings at my place...

I do things according to my body. I do a little bit, take a break, do a bit more,. take a break. It's VERY frustrating. but I'm slowly learning to relax and go with the flow.I do what I can, period.Today my body is exhausted but my brain is busy. It's a good day though with much to be thankful for. Breathe easy.
