My sweet wife bought me 50 masks , and wear one at a time over my mouth and nose.....warms the air when it goes in your mouth and nose and lungs

I always make sure I cover my throat I've got a snood that I put on over it or a thick scarf it seems to make it easier to breathe

Just the other day I told my doctor that it's easier for me to breath outside in the winter than it is to breath outside in the summer. He told me that is because in the cold winter there is much more oxygen in the air.

The cold weather bothers me when I go out and it's windy.It triggers spasms in my lungs and then I get sick.So I've started to wear a scarf and cover my face and mouth with it.It seems to help.I hate wearing hats and such I guess I have to make some concessions. Oh well whatever works.

I have a harder time breathing when it gets cold. Walking from my car to work about kills me.
