i take seebri each morning but i find that around 6 pm onward i start feeling tightness in my chest and start losing the benefits of the medication so by late night or very early morning i am struggling to breath. my GP is reluctant to offer any alternative medication. i am asking if anyone else has these same issues

I would go to a pulmonologist for sure. 🙂

I use Symbacort and it works pretty well. If your insurance denies it have your doctor get a fax from the pharmacy with the denial and the doctor then contacts your insurance and says you have tried all of the others and they do not work and you have to have the symbacort for your health as you cannot breath xxxxx

Whether anyone else has had this issue isn't very important when you are experiencing it. Spiriva, Tudorza and Incruse are all long acting anticholinergics, just like Seebri. You could try any one of them. You should also find a good pulmonologist, because it's clear your GP doesn't know the appropriate medications and what they do.
