I use the trilogy. It has really helped me. But, I too, sometimes have a smothering feeling.... and moisture forms in my mask also. But I can tell that it is improving my breathing . My therapist is wonderful ... he lives an hour away , but he will come to the house to adjust the flow or replace a mask if needed. I would recommend this to COPD patients.
We have to try anything to improve our quality of life.

I use it and it is great. it is a machine . you wear a mask ,the air pressure from the machine keeps the airways open. your Dr. writes a perscription .Someone from the supplier brings Machine to your house ,sets it up and explains how to use it. Takes time to get used to but wonderful addition to help us breath. Sorry I didn't explain before

I use a trilogy machine, have been for a couple of years and it has helped me tremendously. I was told by pulmonologist that it helps 3 different ways ,and the bi pap is for sleep apnea and it helps 2 ways. My lungs has improved since I been using the trilogy, it helps the lungs do what they are suppose to do

Last week my Pulmonologist added a humidifier to my Trilogy. Wow! What a difference! My nose is sore all the time from the oxygen. Well, with the humidifier on my concentrator and my Trilogy my nose is very happy. I highly recommend the humidifier. The Trilogy is making a difference. It is helping me get rid of carbon monoxide..

I use trilogy avamp settings. in fact i cant imagine life without it now. but yes i have a problem adjusting to breathing without in the mornings.
