I do not know if any other areas are doing a similar thing, but I live in Hemel Hempstead and through facebook we have a page called Hemel Rocks. Children and adults are painting pebbles and rocks either found or bought from garden centres. We paint them first then decorate and apply pva glue all over, then once completely dry give 2 coats of varnish, write on the back FB Hemel Rocks and then place then around the town for kiddies to find. On finding a rock they can either replace it in a different place to be found again or if they wish to keep it they have to replace it with one of their own. This has got the kids off the ipads and game consuls and the town has come together. As a pensioner I am enjoying decorating rocks for the little ones to find. Giving me so much pleasure and keeping me well occupied.
Hi NoelHadley
Try boiling up some peas, toss them into the mashed spus an mash again. Hey Presto, green spuds!! which people will eat. Don't have to dye them or anything.
Cheers
I sure will, it is next Friday night and I will post what I learn. As I am curious also. So funny I said on here I wanted to learn to play the harmonica and today at my pulmonary class they asked if anyone was interested in learning how to play the harmonica and of course I said I would. They gave a little cheap one and some notes and it is fun. They will start classes if enough are interesting....I sure am. Helps with breathing also.
I am going to a small seminar on the hemp oil and what I learn I will share to see if it does us COPD people any good. Very interested.
CBD oil isn't for cooking. You put it under your tongue for medicinal purposes. It can be put in baked goods tho
