What are some suggestions for exercises?

Start out just walking 5 min. Then slowly increase time and speed. I started out doing 10 min. on my treadmill 1 and a half years ago. Now walking 1 hour or 3 miles now have also lose almost 20 lbs. Any exercise is better than none just do your best and push yourself. You will fell and breath better.
