When your suddenly out air what do you do?
Try pursed lip breathing. Inhale through your nose. And when you exhale, act like you're blowing out candles. That will help you to recover quicker. At first it seems a little tough to do. But once you get used to it it really works.
continue to exercise your lungs with this remedy..and focus on something close by.Also,I do hope you are under medical care for this problem should it turn severe.
Sit down, calm down, breathe in, blow out.
