This is not an inhaler; it's a device that produces compression and helps clear mucous from the lungs by getting it moving so you can cough it up and out. Rather like the Aerobika or similar devices.

So very true @A MyCOPDTeam Member wasn't sure at all I know someone been on this for a while said it helps massively
I think anyone taking or mixing all these inhalers are eventually going to hurt themselves healthwise. My pulmonary doctor would never prescribe anything like that.
