With the Advair, you're already getting a long acting beta agonist (LABA) and an inhaled steroid(ICS). Adding the Incruse will give you a long acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA). That's standard therapy for people with FEV1 values between 30 and 50. The Daliresp will reduce inflammation in the lungs and therefore mucous production, People who take daliresp have fewer exacerbations and a good chance of getting better between them. So you shouldn't feel any different except that your mucous production should reduce over time.
