I dont think I have seen or been on a bipap but do have the Trilogy 100, I got it when in the hospital and finishing a 3 week stay with pneumonia , When in the rehab the doctor put me on it and the company that does the service for respiratory device and O2 brought it up to the hospital room and set it up for me . I am to use it 2 hours in the morning and after supper then sleep with it ,,
Thanks Jean. Nice to know.
One of the benefits of the Trilogy is that you can use it sitting up during the day while you're doing other things; something you can't do with a bi-pap. It doesn't matter when you use it. If you need it during the day, by all means use it. If not, just at night is fine.
A trilogy machine is a noninvasive or can be invasive ventilator. I do not have sleep apnea, but has helped me a lot to sleep, also it helps my breathing in general
