the magnesium works

Magnesium might help with the muscles. Mine were absolutely horrible and didn't know what to do. The doctor gave me a pill to help but it didn't. As I was reading about muscle spasms in several articles, one girl mentioned Magnesium. I wanted to try anything. Mine would hit me in the rib cage a leg and a foot at the same time and were brutal. Well the magnesium did the trick. When this girl mentioned it, seemed everyone ignored her, but I had to try and it truly works. Try it and let me know if it helps. I take one 250 mg a day.

I have it. Try to relax. Easy to say, sometimes hard to do. Work on relaxed breathing. It is more than likely a bit of a muscle spasm. I have suffered with horrific muscle spasms/cramps for many, many years with drugs not helping, or not helping much. I have learned how muscles work and can visualize what they are doing, then breath slowly and visualize the muscle relaxing. It doesn't always work, but most times it does. Main thing is to relax.

I have that it is awful doctor said nothing can be done about it

Yes I have that sometimes I try to do the purse breathing and that seems to help
