If your sleep schedule is turned around because of work or whatever, I think you could arrange to have it done during the day. Talk with the sleep doc about that.

I would venture to say that it could/should be done during your NORMAL sleep time for most accurate results - which is what you want.

Your doctor should have the take home kit that you rent for this. Mine did and SO MUCH CHEAPER and no one watching you.

Done during the day about same as night

Here its only at night the nursing staff works nights only i had a problem with that cause often night time for me is hard and i am awake but when hospitalized it was 8pm til 6am only and all patients had to leave by 7am
