It's a three in one med: it has a LAMA, a LABA and an ICS. That's the usual triple therapy prescribed for most people who are in stage 3 or 4, and it's all in one inhaler. Presumably, it's less expensive than purchasing two of three inhalers and it's once a day instead of twice for many meds. That said, it works very well for some people and not so well for others. You're going to have to try it and see how it works for you.

Trelegy in my opinion (and my multiple other doc's ) seem to think it is one of the best....always been good for me after 3 years.....

I've been using Trelegy for about 4 months now. It was great in the beginning, it works, but I don't feel it like in the start. I still do salbutimal and oxygen.
