If your sats go below 88 either at rest or with exertion, you qualify for supplemental O2 through Medicare and most insurance companies. There is Liquid O2; concentrators for the home and tanks for out and about or Portable O2 Concentrators. If you get to the point where you're making choices, come back and ask more questions.
