Here’s a link to a CIOD Foundation publication designed to provide information and suggestions to individuals, especially those with COPD and their families, who are experiencing increased anxiety and depression in this COVID-19 pandemic:

It’s full of good ideas for both patients and caregivers.
I find it can be frustrating because of having COPD & Diabetes that I’m unable to go out for my walks (workouts), as I was doing up to five or six miles in a day. But I don’t let give me anxiety or depression as I like to think & stay positive at all times.😀😀 Paul
Yes I am finding my anxiety and depression have got a lot worse. Think it’s because I’m not allowed to leave the house and miss seeing my family so much. I know you can Skype, Zoom, Face time but nothing beats giving your grandchildren a cuddle. Also I miss being independent- rather than have someone else do all my shopping and running around for me.
No, it is just something to deal with. I believe that it's more political in what is broadcast.
They're taking and putting everybody on dying from virus which is not true.
Yes be sure that you are careful, and for the most part that means being smart. I have stage 3 copd and heart disease and to top it off type A blood. I do my food shopping, take walks pick up my prescriptions and I am doing ok. So live your life just be smart.
