Saline nasal sprays can help if the passages are dry most days. Other OTC products may also help but can be overused or interact with meds you already take. It is another mucus problem, much like controlling the fluids in our lungs. Look here:

Your main Doc (or Pulmonary) may recommend stronger treatment based on the ENT exam notes, possibly containing ipratropium or steroids. You need to prevent infections at all cost. Take care.
I don't know that there's much you can do about rhinitis, but you can certainly see someone regarding the sinus issues and seek treatment. Sinus infections can often travel south and become bronchitis. I suggest you find an ENT who can work with your pulmonologist to resolve some of your problems.

I have bronchitis every year always on a ZPack or amoxicillin will be talking to my doctor about going to see an ENT doctor hopefully the VA can see me I haven’t been that way yet ENT
