CoQ10 And Zinc

Has anyone taken CoQ10 and/or Zinc supplements? I have bronchiectasis and I’m looking for a supplement that may help with the excess mucus. I have days with constant coughing and spitting up phlegm.

Also looking for suggestions for natural medicines that may help.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Sorry, but I can’t tolerate either CoQ10 or Zinc, @A MyCOPDTeam Member.

In my case, I swear by Marshmallow Root dietary supplements to reduce phlegm. Good luck.

I would suggest that you go to https://www.bronchiectasisandntminitiative.org/ this is the COPD Foundation's Bronchiectasis website. You'll find many resources there specific to bronchiectasis and may find people who know about any natural products that may help you. I'd also refer you to www.ntminfo.org as another resource with specific information regarding bronchiectasis.
