Iā€™m with United Healthcare also I only pay for two of my daily inhalers. My rescue inhaler and all my generics I pay nothing. Check around and like everyone says get part D on your Medicare insurance.

Both Boeringer Ingleheim (they make Spiriva) and GSK (which makes fluticasone) have programs for people who can't afford their meds. Go to their websites and you'll find the requirements. You might qualify for either or both.
Another solution is to talk with your doc about less expensive alternatives; there are some. Spiriva is available through All Day Chemist (alldaychemist.com) website as Tiova and has been for years. It's much less expensive than purchasing it here, there's no problems and many of us have been ordering from them for years (I've used them for the last 15). There are things you can do; you need to find out what's available and what might work for you.

There are Medicare plans that help with medicines. Get someone to help you find the right plan. It doesn't cost anything to have a insurance agent come to help you.
Tafcares.org is an organization that helps people that can't afford their meds. You can find them on line or call (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators).
Another one that helps is Accredo (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators).
You can also call the manufacturer of the drug. Some of them offer programs to help.
Good luck.
