I quit almost 3 months ago, but the desire to vape is stronger than the desire for a cigarette. I have thought about trying 0 nic juice. Any opinions woll be appreciated

Of course its bad to vape if you have copd. If you want to get better you will NOT smoke, vape or put anything else in your lungs. Why try to get better if you keep doing the thing that caused your problem?

Sorry for any confusion.
The Smoking Cessation link is for the OP and anyone else trying to achieve the first level of a stable COPD condition.

No, I quit nearly 30 years ago and have never vaped. My pulmonologist friends agree with me that vaping may be as dangerous or more dangerous, than smoking. They don't recommend it, even as part of a "quit smoking" plan and generally recommend a smoking cessation program run by a trained health professional as being safer and more effective in the outcome.
