Which nebulizer you get depends somewhat on what you're going to nebulize with it. Check with the pharmacist to be sure you don't need a specific nebulizer for the medication prescribed. There are pneumatic jet or ultrasonic nebulizers and portable and not so portable ones. I have an Omron I've had for years; others like the Pari.
