Stiolto is a LAMA/LABA combination and it works quite well for some people. Anoro and Bevespi are the other two meds in this classification. If Stiolto doesn't do much for you, you might try either of the other two. The only other thing to try would be to add an ICS to the combination, and there are two of those: Trelegy and Breztri. Each manufacturer uses different molecules in the same class, but we don't respond to the molecules in the same way. That's why it takes a lot of trying before you come up with a combination that works for you.

Yes, I use as backup along with palmacort, works good for me but I'm trying Breztri for now and it works great!

i use trelegy works great for me tripla acting lasts all day n night before used spirva n sybicort this is way better look into it
