Is Any One Experiencing Insomnia? 2 Maybe 3 Hrs Per Night.

Wondering if some of the meds might be causing it. I'm tired and sleepy when I go down but 2 hrs later wide awake. Tried going back but just toss and turn.

I have been on a c-pap machine for years and I too suffered with the mask. I use pillows and have not had the problems. Ask your c-pap provider to get the pillows (small inserts in your nose) no mask. hugs and better sleep

I suffer with sleep apnea so was given a cpap machine but a year later I could get on with the mask on my face and got less sleep. I gave it back to the consultant explaining my reasons. Anyone else find this to be hard to get on with.

Sleep disorders seem to go with COPD. People have sleep apnea, insomnia and a variety of other issues. As we get older we seem to have more and more issues with sleep. I suggest you talk with your pulmonologist and you may want to get a referral to a sleep doc who can perhaps offer some solutions.
