HI David. It is a shame you may be getting the Gaslight during your care. Happens a lot on the internet too 🀨

Part 1: You say your respiratory problem started when you were at a young age. Have you ever been tested for AAT deficiency? Has anyone else in your family had "COPD" (or Asthma or Bronchitis, with or without Smoking?)

AAT is the "genetic version" of COPD. So they say. It has more to do with an enzyme deficiency in the liver and lungs. Enzymes help with our immunity and break down medications so the body can use them. AAT causes lung damage and breathing issues just like smoking does. But the treatment routine is totally different from the meds we take. Pull this up on your phone at the next doctor's visit:

Part 2: Your Docs should know what AAT is. IF they don't, the problem is you really need new doctors. Be well.

They said. My red blood cells were low that stops me from breathing. My asophegus is messed up.I have told the Drs but all they do is laugh at me. My lungs are all messed up I have phlem but why do they laugh at me and don't check my asophegus. Sometimes I don't have any will to live. I have no family. Kids grandkids nothing.

Have you talked with your pulmonologist? There are many combinations of meds available; have you tried them all? Have you had testing to determine that your assessment is correct? If you haven't seen your pulmonologists, then that's the first step. If you have. ask for a second opinion and then I'd see an infectious disease doc if the second opinion doesn't help.

You say all the treatments don't work. Have you tested that hypothesis by discontinuing your treatments one by one for at least two weeks to see if that's true? If not, try it. You may find that things are still working, but maybe not as well as you'd like. The more good information you can give your pulmonologist the better they will be able to help.
