Barometric pressure makes me SOB. They say the best conditions are 70° and 40% humidity.

Absolutely. Too cold, too humid and abrupt changes in weather mess with me.

I breathe better in the cool, crisp winter air, but my breathing is pretty good on any day @A MyCOPDTeam Member. 4-4-23

Greatly!
For my best breathing day, I am a low-altitude, high-pressure, semi-humidity, moderate-temperature, partly-cloudy kinda guy. But I find if I stay in one-place too long, all that changes. Did any one yet mention staying hydrated is the Key to balancing all those environmental things, both inside and outside the Body?
