You don't describe your "breathless-ness" enough to compare with other stories here but perhaps your Doc may consider nebulizer treatments for more coverage throughout the day. Those meds would include Duoneb and a stereoid for inhalation as well.

Some people are also on Daliresp or azithromycin because of the anti-inflammatory properties. Reducing the inflammation can result in better breathing.

Hi hun i don't use my inhalers i need my nebuliser can get online reasonably priced then get little bottles from your doctor breathe into that when your breathless and works amazing i struggle taking enough air in as im having to go into my wheelchair if need to go to hospital appointment which is now having big impact on my overall mental health any more help or support just drop me a message hun im Gail xx

Azithromycin and prednisolone don't seem to relieve my breathlessness
