JoyceK. This is just a suggestion but peanut butter and banana sandwiches are very high in calories and peanut butter has protein. Maybe try one of those each day for a couple weeks and see if your weight increases.
I drink Boost with Fiber and extra protein. They have multiple flavors and each is 250 calories. I might drink as many as 3 a day on top of forcing myself to eat at least 2 meals a day. Just trying to stay healthy. Good luck.
I have tried a lot of the protein drinks and found them to be so sweet. I have gotten Core by Fairlife 26g protien. I drink at 2-3 times. Also Premier brand has some for only 5g of sugar.
There are a lot of different options like high protein, with fiber and I think all of those have fewer calories than the one I use. You could check their website to look at all the options.
