Have you tried Nicotine gum? It helped me quit after 60 years of smoking but I'm addicted to the nicotine and still chew 5 or 6 pieces a day after 10 months of not smoking. I don't crave cigarettes any longer but want nicotine after coffee and eating. Beats the smoking. (LOL)
